Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 60 or more days prior to the arrival date of the client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
- 59 or less days prior to the arrival date of the client, the prepayment is not refunded.
Prepayment Policy
In order to make a reservation at the Anemos Villas in Crete, it is necessary that 50% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid via:
- credit card (we accept all major credit cards)
- bank deposit to the following bank account:
